4 Days Travel & Accommodation

Our 4 Days Travel and Accommodation package is available for your team’s players, managers, parents, families and supporters and the price is payable per person. In addition to the per person package price, each team will need to pay for its entry in to the tournament.

On arrival in Spain on Friday, you will be transferred by coach to your hotel. On both Saturday and Sunday, ProPlay will provide return coach transfers from your hotel to the stadium. On Monday, you will be collected from your hotel and will take your coach transfer back to the airport for your flight home.

We have arranged accommodation at a selection of excellent standard 3 & 4-star hotels, that are ideally suited for junior sports teams. The hotel facilities will include an outdoor swimming pool to ensure you can make the very most of your leisure time in the Spanish sunshine.

On each day of the tournament, your team will be welcomed at the stadium entrance by our event staff. Once you have signed in to confirm all your players and spectators have arrived, the team and their supporters will be able to take their place in the stands. There is then time for the pre-tournament team talk as you prepare for the thrilling prospect of playing on the stadium pitch.

Prior to the start of the tournament, your team will be called to line-up in the players’ tunnel, when the excitement will really start to build. As you emerge from the tunnel to the sound of the match day anthem, the stadium announcer will read out your team and players names, and you will then enjoy an experience that millions of people across the world would like to have, but few will ever get the chance – namely, walking out on to the pitch of a La Liga stadium to represent your team and country.

With 4 pitches set up on the main stadium pitch, we are able to deliver a great tournament format with group matches and then finals, that ensures the players fully enjoy their time at the stadium. Our league format followed by Cup Finals ensures that every team has the same guaranteed amount of playing time at the tournament. The winning and runner up teams of The Finals are each awarded with a trophy and every player will receive a commemorative medal to help them remember this very special experience.

All matches are played at 7-a-side and all teams are allowed a squad size of up to 15 players. Each team is allowed to have 3 team managers/assistant managers with them pitchside for the duration of the tournament. All spectators booking the 4 Days Travel and Accommodation package have admission to enter the stadium on both days of the tournament, as well as the official Sevilla FC stadium and museum tour, included in their package price.

ProPlay Sports Tours travel arrangements start and end at your arrival/departure Spanish Airport. Teams will need to book their own flights to and from Spain.

The price of the 4-day Travel and Accommodation package is based on collecting you from and returning you back to Seville Airport. Should you choose to fly to and from an alternative airport, namely Jerez, Malaga or Gibraltar, then there will be £50 return coach transfer supplement per person added to your invoice due to the longer transfer time.
